Save until you can get Adept Learner at level 25 or get Treasure Hunter at level 20
Remember to put all points into damage too

well if you are in a guild who has members on everytime you play that will cast you AL, then get TH as you go if you wish, as long as you have a guaranteed AL when you go to burn ur stam :P, other wise if you invest all your stat points into damage save up and get fury :P, then berserk

note: this is NOT HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!! just gives you an idea on what skills to get :P

Like level up points, I would suggest skill points are useless until level 300+. It is far better to join a guild and get buffed or buy buffs. You will level up much more quickly. If you buy level 150 TH and Merchant, they easily pay themselves back in gold. In fact, I buy all my buffs and I have never run into the red from the upfront cost.

The only downside to this approach is that you will spend more time looking for cheap buffs. Sometimes it takes me 20 minutes to get fully buffed. But I think it's worth it.

/Level 75 as of today and have never casted a buff on myself.

Yes, or you could just buy your buffs as suggested by deftyjames.
I have AL and TH maxed for my guildmates and I get other buffs from them for free.
AL will help you level easier
TH will pay for itself in higher levels(15 stam to activate,1 FSP for 25 stam,so TH is approx. 60,000)
Don't put points into random buffs, max out one or two because level 5 buffs don't do much.

Phyres, so are you saying invest no points in skills until you reach lvl 25??

As u lvl up u should have points in AL, LIB, TH, MERC, DB, no matter what. The rest you can freely choose

What are AL, LIB, TH, MERC, DB? -newb.

AL = Adeapt Learner (gives you more xp per kill)
LIB = Librarian (gives you a chance to get double xp on kills)
TH = Treasure Hunter (gives you more gold per kill)
Merch = Merchant (gives you a chance to get double gold on kills)
DB = doubler (uses either 2x, 3x, or 4x stamina in exchange for 2x, 3x, or 4x xp and gold)
