There could be a button saying [Recruit Details]
You click it
It then comes up with a box with a maximum of maybe 500 characters to automatically send to any of your recruits as soon as they join also you could be able to specify maybe an amount of gold or fsp to send a recruit when they join...
I know ive recruited allot of players they usually join when im not on when I send them a message they never return so If I could help them as soon as they joined it would be awesome like a message saying...
"Hey My Recruit thanks for joining under my referral link! Im sure everything looks confusing to you right now but let me give you some help!" what you should do is blah blah blah you get the point =)

Did you know that there are likely over 2000 rouge black holes in our galaxy alone. Each of them can reach very high speeds, even in space terms, are each capable of destroying anything in their path, and are invisible. Well, goodnight!

What ever happened to the idea of allowing one or
more 'sticky' notes at the top of the Guilds Chat?
That was a good idea also!

I think there should be an automated system for when you recruit players so that you can make a message and it sends to any players you recruit as soon as you join the game for example...

i agree with that but maybe in addition to the message they get for first signing up ( bank deposits reset and go to the misty mountains and look on the forum) there should be an additional message like the one we get..
02:31 25/Jun/2008 You have recruited EmoBiaxD into the game. As soon as they reach level 25, you will gain 5 FSPs! Why not message them and help them out!
How about in the recruits log they get:
02:31 25/Jun/2008 Deciever11 has recruited you into the game, why not message them and ask for help?

It's laziness, pure and simple. You want to get people to stay with your guild, get your a$$ on-line and get chatting. There is no substitute for it.

That ^^^LOL. This idea made me laugh right out loud, it's so stupid. You want to automate the recruitment process and then you wonder way people don't stick around your guilds. Nurturing young players takes time and it takes effort and it takes interaction. And you honestly and sincerely think that you can automate that process. (fits of giggles). (more fits of giggles.)
