Inactive accounts say Inactive Account underneath the player's name instead of when they last logged on. The ONLY way to gain PvP is to attack others. Or have other attack you & beat them.
how to increase ur PvP rating without hurting others?

If you look under attack player you can sometimes find and inactive or go through the guild A-Z list looking for low guilds. You can also accept bounties to increase your pvp. Return their gold and they are less likely to bounty you in return

PvP is only gained by taking it from others...
If you attack a higher level though you will also take EXP from them...
Your best bet is to 10 stamina hit lower levels... if they have more PvP then you, you will get more from hitting them and winning... if they have less you will get less... if you have 300 or 500 more then them (I can't remember which) you will not take any PvP from them...

I can tell you're a respectful player  Like others said, I would strongly recommend Inactive accounts, or accounts that haven't been online 5 days or longer. That way, they can't see who attacked them or take bounty action
