sorry it sounds like a way to use up stamina and thus conserve it. Say for instance that you only take the buffs that you put up. So maybe you're going away for a while and you need to use up some stamina before you go. What better way to create a ton of buffs for you when you get back.
sorry but no.

Such a thing could be setup so that you're not depositing stamina, you just say I'm williing to cast Doubler 10 times, and the stamina is only removed after it's activated.

this sounds good, maybe the OP should change his idea and put grimnoks idea of how the stam is used in the main post. After all grimnoks idea is the better way to go to prevent abuse.

I think the idea of the stamina being removed when the buff is cast is the biggest potential abuse of this system. If a system like this is ever implemented I think the stamina would need to be "deposited" at the moment it is pledged to the structure and would have to be used within a very short time - maybe 24 hours.
I'm still not a fan of this. I think you need to be online to buff someone. I think you need to be online to use your stamina. A change to that would reduce the impact/value of max stamina purchases.

Agreed. Plus this would remove some of the player interaction within a guild.
