What the hell man? Not a good idea in my opinion. This would push donating on to players who want to be better, but can't without donating. This game is free, you shouldn't be forced to pay to get benefits. It's just 1 step closer to becoming a game where a non-donater can't even be in the top 250 because of all the "perks".

Thats right this game IS free, but its thanks to the many players that donate to the game. Sure i don't mind paying for a game, i like. But like stickisgod, said "donating should make you better then the rest, otherwise you wouldn't donate". I agree, but i wouldn't say BETTER but at least have a upper hand. After all i AM paying for something that i can NEVER, touch, smell, taste or hear. All you can do is see the FSP, nothing more. It is also something that you wouldn't get anything back out of it. So yea i would LOVE to see ANYTHING of stated here happen, as it would be better benefits for THOSE who do donate, and make it a "FREE" game.

PS. I have donated to the game, yet you and many more players are at a higher lvl, am i crying? Thats good that you havnt donated a single cent to the game. But you(not as you, just in gernal.) shouldn't be crying if your not a top 250 player, if you aren't donating. Doesn't also mean, you CAN'T be a top 250 player if you really work hard for it ;]

I try. In all honesty for those who think it will make people who donate more powerful and whatever, it should be that way. It's a free game with the option to donate, and donating should make you better then the rest, otherwise you wouldn't donate. And as it stands right now, there is no reason for me to donate anymore.

I have donated, AND I DISAGREE WITH THIS STATEMENT. Under NO circumstance should me donating make me better than the rest.

And just because you dont want to donate anymore, doesnt mean that others are not donating. There are still plenty enough donators in the game. Its not like you were 1 of 10 people that donated.

Would've to say no. Just think about the ppl who cnt donate (I dnt mean ppl who dnt want to donate) b'coz they r children (lyk me). It would be bad for 'em. So no.

Honestly, your poll isn't fair. Hunted Cow Studios wouldn't be able to see how many people wouldn't agree since there is no "No" option. Thus, they cannot compare results.

But there IS a No option... so you just phaled basic reading o.O

^^ LMAO ^^

I haven't donated in a long while, but this idea intrigues me more then the 15% extra deal. And to those who say "it's not fair to those ppl who don't buy FSP"... that's pretty much the point. Those who spend real life currency on FSP would get the bonus since they are donating. It's very unrealistic to sit back and play 100% for free and expect all of the same perks that those who are spending real monies are getting.

The funnest perk I could see, short term, would be to add a donater's medal to the mix. You donate 100 for bronze 250 for silver, 500 for gold and 1000 for crystal. Because I'm sure the company keeps recites I'm fairly sure that even people who donated before this medal existed would get credit for donations.

I understand lots of people donate, and for various reasons. Some to buy gear, some to upgrade BackPack slots, some to make various other upgrades. Some donate to get FSP to start a guild. But by doing any of these things you are actually trying to make yourself better then the people around you. If you didn't want to be better you wouldn't buy FSP.

I just know a bunch of people who have stopped donating because they feel like there is no reason to do so anymore. The +15% got me to donate a few times, and I've passed it up the last 2 times, and probably will this third time.

Others are donating, yes. If I was the only one...lol, the game would have been gone a long time ago. The thing is if these ideas, DA's and mine were looked at, considered, and implemented I bet there would be an influx of donations. It's good for HCS, and it's good for the player.

I feel like I have to reiterate that the gear is by know way shape or form Super powerful or made to replace current sets. It would just be something with nice set bonuses. And if I had my way they would be in 50 Level increments and would be 3 pieces that ALWAYS took up a slot of a set that you would use around the level it is. :D

I've slept on this one, and I would have to say 'NO' to the idea. It would run the risk of making the "special item" the cheapest most avalible item in the game.

Even though a lot of people complain about not being able to get FSPs for what ever reason, many people do donate and more frequently than one might think.

I like the special area idea. The question is then,"What would it be?" "What would it have that makes it a special draw to players?". If it is a special group of creeps, the drops would fall into the first paragraph. If it is high Gold, it runs the risk of undoing the progress the cows have made with the PvP Arena as a gold dump. If it is creeps that give high XP it makes more players level faster leaving more players too complain that they are stuck in areas that they can not progress in, without adding ever higher level areas even faster than current. A special area would almost have to be some non-combat or a special combat type of addition. That takes use all back to my first two questions.

I posted in the new medals an idea for a donation related perk. Beyond that I think 5 potions for 5 dollars is a bit high, maybe 1 potion for each level, so 1 for five 2 for 10, 3 for 20, but each increase in amount gives you better quality of potions. The 5 dollar would give you a level 150 potion, 10 would get you 175, 20 gets you 200, 40 gets you 250 and 60 gets you 300.

There would have to be a way to make the potions that you can pick good, without completely unbalancing the game.

As with other items *shrugs* as long as they were good and I could use them for 10-20 levels great.

I would read through everything said, because all questions and concerns seemed to be covered.
