I think that there should be a option when u create a group that says "Max Number of People in group:_____" I think that this is useful when capturing relics and there is only 1 person on it, so you dont need that much people to capture it. What do you guys think?

Use GC to tell how many you need, would be handy, but no need

I say this is good, because many people join groups when they log on before reading chat, or it could get pushed off the first page of chat and people miss it.

An alternative idea would to not have a max number of group members you would set, but rather a button next to your group you could click to stop allowing new members (and also allow to click it again to let more in). This means you would still have to be online and monitor when your group got large enough that you didn't need more people. And you could let more join in, in case you missed getting an undefended relic, and now needed more members in your group.

you don't really need to. just get x amount of people join, when you don't want anyone to join, go to preferences, and set min group level to 999. then no one can join.

It would be easier than the current route, so ok :)

Send a mass.

Did you know that there are likely over 2000 rouge black holes in our galaxy alone. Each of them can reach very high speeds, even in space terms, are each capable of destroying anything in their path, and are invisible. Well, goodnight!

We try to avoid sending mass messages in my guild as some of us get very annoyed but it.

I have had a few embarrassing moments where I've set my minimum group to 1000 or something and have forgotten to change it back, then asked guild mates to join.

I think it would be cool if you could, instead of only setting the minimum level, have another option for the number of players who can join. Most of the time you could leave it set on 2 if you often capture relics or something that only requires the minimum amount of members.

I think this is a fairly reasonable request to ask for in all honesty.

Sure people can mass, or ask in the GC. But it is much easier to just go to preferences...

----[Select Number Of people to join your group]

..... [3]

Then save it, that way it is just easier.

Better than getting arguments about something that was simple, that does sometimes happen in the guild you know.

I made a suggestion on something like this a while back. Dunno if my thread is still around but I'll check...

ah here we go, it was a sub-idea on my "Group Attack Expiration Notification" thread found here: http://forum.fallens...pic.php?t=51201
