on our guild website, we tried to have a database of the items, with owners, status of the item, etc... but it needs patience to manage and can become a mess in 2 minutes when multiple users edit things.

Instead of tracking through the damn Guild log to find it....helps with the merchants in the guild aswell.

agree with above!!!An excellent idea, I know it would save me hours per week in Guild item micro-managment.

As for the cost, maybe not 10x the item, maybe just a flat rate ... 25 gold per letter, with the limit of 32? Just an alternative idea to the other thing. It would give you a confirm for how much the add on would cost when you tag the item.
There could be a set up when you go to add tags that you can only add the text when tagging the item, if you want to change the text you'ld have to remove the tag first then retag the item.

I'm definiately in favor of this. Perhaps just have a few set options for the text, with the ability to imput a player name who is from the guild. Make them both drop menus so as to prevent anyone from abusing the function to swear or put rude comments on items.
I'm not sure why anyone put rude comments on items, since atleast Guild Founder could easily remove the text. Or in extreme cases, remove the tagging (add text) right from the player. Cheers!

Nah, arena wasn't the feature of the year for me. O.o
This feature is a good one though. So good that a few people suggested it.

feature of the year for me was what just got added, the noob trainer guide.
lol, yep that was good.
It might lessen the amount of newbie help threads that ask the same questions as those that have been slightly anwered on the new page.
Plus it also directs them to the forum, which is good, and to a guide....hopefully they'll read it.

Because if they could, they would. After all, who expected people to try to make other people post things in guild chat by hiding the urls in tinyurls - not expected, but it happened.
Expect the worst from people... then you can only be pleasantly surprised.

"I am never disappointed by humanity because I have no expectations of humans"
I know that's a quote from an old movie but I can't find the movie.
