Hi all, my first post here.

As a Guild Founder, I think it would be a helpful option to be able to "Downgrade" the level of a Structure already built, rather than just destroy it.

This would help all Guilds that wish to "balance their hourly upkeep" to run their Guild better.

Maybe a lil Gold cost to Downgrade?..

Jus my lil thought, votes/opinions appreciated :)

things change, loss of certain members/lack of funds for a certain period of time. running a guild is a full time job and its easy to lose track of things.

Yeah, I get ya point Deemer, but it would be nice if we could downgrade.. rather than demolish a structure which we already paid alot of Gold to build..

For the Guilds that decide another structure is more beneficial

makes sense, but i never would have thought of this because i was never a guild founder.

well i agree with this, it could be very constructive and beneficial to many guilds in the future if implanted

its a good idea but I don't see it being implemented because they like to add structures as gold sinks, this would be a reduction of a gold sink.

We could maybe have a small Gold cost to downgrade a structure?..

Not so expensive to put us off, but a better option than demolishing a structure which we paid alot for? :)

BUMPing an old suggestion.

I would still like this change, and find it useful.

Those who are in a big Guild will probably not find this useful, but Guilds like mine with 23 members supporting 19 Structures, could make good use of the ability to "toggle" our structure levels as we see fit :)

for a service fee, i could see this working well. perhaps a guild upgrades to a structure that they later determine isn't what they need; perhaps it becomes to expensive to maintain; perhaps, perhaps, perhaps.
