PVP Skill Suggestion

If we could get a skill like say:
"Silent Assassin" -- where you have a % chance that the person you pvp will not know who hit them and won't be able to bounty them back!
"Thief Magic" -- % chance to steal a buff from the target.

"XP Thief" -- (BOUNTY HUNTS ONLY) % chance to steal a portion of the xp lost by target during a bounty kill. Hey, if the target is loosing it, I want to be able to steal some of it, just like their gold. Also, this should be a SKILL and NOT a regular enhancement to the bounty process. I know there are bounty hunters that stay at a particular level to keep their ticket costs to a minimum.
"Bounty Master" -- % chance to negate ALL active buffs of the bounty target. I'm not talking deactivate, just negate for that round of a bounty kill.

Hmm....well there is already a skill called Spellbreaker, whereby you cut off that skill that is activated on the player, unless you are implying that you actually steal it and it becomes activated on you then that's interesting.....though if that was the case, I don't think that is very good.
Take for example: Conserve if someone has finished there hunt, and has around 30 minutes on it left and they're logging off, they could let a guild member try and steal teh buff off them, this would let them almost have a free buff, okay stamina was needed to activate Thief Magic skill, however still it could potentially be abused that way. Abusers will always think of a way for a loop hole. -_^

Hmm....I don't quite like this one....I know you are using stamina to complete the bounty, and you could initially use it to gain stamina, therefore it is like hitting creatures, though it isn't right to transfer XP from one person to the other, without going by the way of hunting, players should earn their XP through creature killing, that is what it is there for.
This could also be abused by friends, sure there aren't that many people who are going to retire but okay, take for example a retired person decides to help out a friend, and get himself bountied all the time just to let his friend take the bounty and keep taking his XP the easy way, sure he may not gain as much as he does through hunting, however you can see that he's not having to buy buffs, or cast buffs on himself or have members cast buffs, in contrast to when you hunt you make sure you have skills casted on you, which wastes stamina unlike just taking it from a friend whilst you are not hunting.
So I don't think that is quite a good idea.

So if you mean negate....do you mean to just make them ineffective, if so isn't that just the same as deactivating them?
But the ones that I don't really have a problem with is,

And possible:
>Silent assasin, however I don't quite like it for the fact you may not be able to be punished for attacking someone, which doesn't quite seem right, sure it's part of the game, though so are bounties....i'd explain but bounties are bounties that's all.

I really want to see more pvp skills if possible. I really like the pvp aspect of the game and want it to get revived -- cause it's really dead.

Silent assassin - Make a chance that the person you hit can also bounty you for 12 kills instead of 10.

Not big problem as it doesn't seem to get used for much...other than a couple of long drawn out quests - the rewards of which are...naff.
