Ok, Probably been thought of but still
Ok, As you all know we should be getting a potion system soon. You all see where Im going with this?
Maybe have new LE creatures that dropped special herbs, The special herbs could be used along with the normal herbs that they will introduce to the game,
Not sure of what exactly the special herbs would add but it would be fun,
Have special herbs that when mixed would add special abilities to the potions.
Or maybe Some LE creatures that dropped potion recipes, This would make the recipes fun to get and then make it to where you could only make the recipe if you have the particular recipe in hand. Also make the recipe have levels and if you arent the required level you cannot read the recipe and therefore cannot learn it to you hit that level. Would be cool, I think.
So for instance, You couldnt have a LV25 learn how to make a potion for doubler, because you would have to be LV200 to learn the recipe.
So therefore you would have people hunting everything that they could to learn the potions, Only thing is it might make buffs go extinct. However this would depend on how hard it is to gather herbs and the rate of success on potions. I think you need to learn the potion recipes before being able to just create a potion though.

I really hope not, I hope that buff just increases the chances of getting a herb drop, kinda like FI. I suggested that they drop that skill to a lower level in the Skills thread however the higher levels just got mad and started about how they deserved skills (I agree on that) However if having this buff is the only way of obtaining herbs, the potion system will be severly flawed to begin with.
I was just trying to be creative while giving HCS an idea about a LE, If people are true to what they are saying, then most claim to just want to have a LE to have fun. This would be just that, FUN. I mean the drops shouldnt be worth too much, and then they could do it every few months to give everyone who levels a chance to learn the "new potion recipes".

Seems like this was a bad idea, not a lot of support for it. Although I think it would be fun.

Actually, I like this idea. Would make LEs more variable.
Did you know that there are likely over 2000 rouge black holes in our galaxy alone. Each of them can reach very high speeds, even in space terms, are each capable of destroying anything in their path, and are invisible. Well, goodnight!
