thats on the cows. I voted for nr.3, which is making limits higher but do not remove them. max lvl200 would be nice ending point. would make a reason to put more points into doubler for example 
Unbreakable lvl 200 = 100%
unbreakable activating doesn't even have close to the smae effect as wither or conserve happening. The onlt problem I can see with 100% unbreakable is the crystaline items. With unbreakable at level 200 though, they might actually become worth what the AH prices are, lol.
True, look for a Crystal LE coming to the game near you... * we are close to 2 million registered...
Or rather no event will be based on the number of registared players.
To mix in with this very complicated matter, with the buffs as it is, limits aren't a problem, if we all need higher level buffs. "Super buffs" For that matter, the special section is in the AH.
I'm not going against anything here exactly, as it stands we have buffs that go over 200 in the AH as you've seen, however I don't mind having buffs Such as berserk, Fury etc to go higher, just not those based on chance of activation, therefore we won't hit a 100% Or rather we won't hit a 100% straight away as to taking the limit off. (Not that taking the limit off will shoot to 100%, just the fact it will reach it eventually)
Anyhow, again Super buffs are there, conserve already activates enough times to really make a difference, I tried using with no conserve and I phaled to level at all. I believe now and maybe further and forever in the game it is rather fine.
Though one question, so what is the purpose of taking the limit of and why? Except of course for having a higher level buff....they are already rather high, meaning the level 170 ones....
