Ok, seeing as the higher levels can join any tournament many have deemed that as an unfair advantage. (EI they can get moves quicker and easier because their not being challenged by the lower levels.) That makes a little bit of sense, How many LV300's Do we have really? So I propose this.
Make all gear equippable, However YOU only get the stats from gear that is a higher level than your level ONLY if your in the PvP arena. If you equip gear that is a higher level and try to hunt it will NOT count it, Make it like your actually not wearing the gear. It would allow some lower levels to buy higher level gear and try to win some higher level tournaments, We all know it would be useless for a level 200 to enter a LV300 tournament with level 200 gear. So how about changing it to allow them to wear the higher level gear for tournaments only? It might make the 128 player tournaments fill a bit faster. As is, they can take a day or 2 to fill up and begin.
PvP arena.

that would throw alot out of balance...and might cause more multi's..e.g.
get 10 lvl 1's give gold to enter send same set to each enter one after another as it saves stats after join.. also wont affect guild members max
could be very bad

What? How would that create more multi's? Im lost as to exactly what your trying to explain? Please type a little more clearly?
and for the record, If your talking about a LV200 or LV300 + member creating 10 accounts and sending them all around 150,000 gold to enter a tournament that has a prize value of 10-15fsp, I just cant see that happening as I dont think the high levels would want to risk being banned. also HCS monitors trades and such and can easily catch multi accounts.
