meh, store 1 item in guild, go back, get reward, re-take item.

takes 30 seconds or so max. Cant be that lazy now can you?

but what i dont get is why you cant just exchange the Quest Item for teh reward? :|

i do agree with deemer it is that simple but i dont see why we cant have a small quest pocket or sumthing that holds 1-3 quest items

it's not simple when you have potions filling your backpack, the guild store is full, the guild members don't have slots open or aren't online (so that you can get your item back!), or even: you are not in a guild. this is especially common in the lower levels....

all I'm asking for is that HCS would make it so you actually give the quest item to the person so that you can get your reward...I don't know why it works the way it does now, since this never happens in life, and probably makes it very frustrating for the newbies, as they'll only have one open slot to get item drops and such.

After a certain level (I'm not sure which), this shouldn't really happen.

I submitted a support ticket on it many, many months ago and was assured that the admins were now working on making sure quests did not do this specific action.

Personally, I would have preferred a coding fix though.

well... this makes it a lot harder for people who don't have guilds, or not a lot of backpack space... which is always harder to come by at lower levels than at the higher ones... so in theory, this should start happening at a higher level! :P

but shouldn't this be a simple coding fix, anyway? you press the button, but instead of getting a message that you need more space, you just get the item. I don't see why anyone would give you the reward before you present what they're rewarding you for... :?

Change the system to something similar to SigmaStorm's. Sure, in SS you need some extra spaces since almost everything is invented, for ammo and medipacks, etc. But 3 spaces is a ridiculous inconvenience. If you do two quests at once you won't be able to use your 3rd backpack space, and it's totally impossible to do three. (there are about 4 in the first area) Not necessary to play the game, but probably a big turn-off for new players.
