I said yes, because I want more bling, but the numbers would have to be astronomical. Like 1k for bronze 5k for silver 10k for gold and 50k for crystal.
I agree with this.
Did you know that there are likely over 2000 rouge black holes in our galaxy alone. Each of them can reach very high speeds, even in space terms, are each capable of destroying anything in their path, and are invisible. Well, goodnight!

Actually... later on, you'd probably be killing 1.5k LEs per event... if not more... and btw... don't make this another annual service medal... if we ever get a medal for killing something (not someone... ex computer monster)... I think it should be damn excessive work to get the medal...
i mean this medal i don't really see going anywhere. I mean it should be hard to get and would be hard to get regardless for instance anyone out of town today is unable to actually participate so they would have to wait till the next LE to have any chance of getting any LE kills.
Regardless though I don't see HCS doing this as we already have a SE hunter medal and you might as well look at an Elite hunter medal.

Bronze 10K
Silver 75K
Gold 150K
Crystal 500K
That make more sense to me, heck you can kill over 1K in one event alone, plus medals are supposed to be hard.

 I still think the numbers are way too low.

agree with that, the max medal that a player could have should now be around bronze not crystal.
I like medals, but I don't like the fact when the medal comes out that you can have a crystal medal immediatly.
It happened with me, with the top 100 crystal medal. I looked forward to a new goal, till I realised only half a year..., I already have the damn medal...
Medals should be something you are working for not getting hand out

+5-15 levels above you =10 points
+4-15 levels below you = 5 points
16-25 levels below you = 2 points
26 or more levels below you = 1 point
2500 points = bronze
5000 points = silver
25000 points = gold
50000 points = crystal
The reason I don't have anything listed as points for LEs that are over 15 levels above you is that group kills don't count, and I'm fairly sure most of us can't get to an area with monsters 15 levels above us, let along kill them, but if by some miracle some one could I say give 20 points for any monster 16 levels above you or higher ...
The reason it's point based instead of straight kill base is that the higher level players have access to more monsters during the LE while lower level players only get a handful. This would make higher level players, who want the medal, go after monsters closer to their own level.
While there is little chance of this being implemented in this LE hopefully by the next one it could be.
BTW if you think 10000 kills in two days (what would be needed for a crystal medal) is impossible, there are people out there with over 10000 stamina max, they often save up for a week at a time. Again as mentioned before Crystal Medals are supposed to be super hard to get, to get this one you'd probably have to have a lot of reserve stamina saved up, as well as conserve, animal mag and FSP to blow on buying extra stamina.

Maybe make it a per event medal. It only lasts till the next LE? You get to show off the medal you got for slaying x amount of LE monsters Each monster could have a point range relitive to your own level.

Hmmm wrong at some point, the lvl 500 le spawned in a lvl 400 area (100 lvl's difference).
Another flaw in your idea is the fact that the higher level the legendary the higher the amount of stamina is needed to kill it. (reason I skipped the level 500), it took me 4 hits without any buffs to kill the lvl 350, it probably would have cost me 1-2 hits for the lvl 250, and I could one hit the lvl 150.
Result since most legendaries are at a given point not near your level (i Hadn't any near my own level (98lvl's higher, or 52 lower). Would mean I could get anyway a max of 1 point per kill. Thus if I wouldhave been interested in the medal only I would have gone to the lvl 150, since it would have cost me less stamina.
