it isn't happening at the same time, thats only in the arena. in Player Vs. Monster attacks the attacker goes first (unless the opposing beast has the First Strike enhancement, in which case he has a -chance- to go first)

Read carefully.. I know that it's not that way.

But shockwave works as if it is this way right now



no, this is how its working.


Player one hits monster
shockwave is caused

Monster misses due to shockwave

player hits again.


basically, the monster is giving up its turn. nothing is happening at the same time..

no. it is:

round 1
Player hits
Player causes shockwave
Monster hits

round 2
Player hits
... monster looses atk action due to shockwave.

round 3
player hits

that normal monster misses in my first post was only because i wear def-setup. if the monster looses its atk due to shockwave it is listed as 'lost atk due to shockwave'

but if it is like you said they should at least tidy up the combat log



it is how I say, because the same thing happens with armor. you might be wearing defense, but wearing defense isn't stopping the buff from activating. the way YOU propose that it is working, the monster is getting 2 turns in a row, which is false.

I must agree with tawniteamo, if it triggers on your turn they will miss immediately. So yes it is an excellent defense buff.
