well first of all i dont know too much about what happens when someone gets banned/temporaily suspended/warnings,and i never wanted to experience it :P but it would be really nice if we get warnings before we actually get terminated forever

it can work like this:four "zones"

red:you have breached our acceptable use policy(or whatever the offical words for rule is called)frequently in a short amount of time, you account have been terminated and your access to our service has been blocked

orange:you have had many records of rule breaking.please read our acceptable use policy carefully to prevent a permanet termination

yellow:you have broken the accepetable use policy once in awhile(yes i know this is not the most offical word but whatever :P).please read our acceptable use policy to prevent further warnings and a possible termination

green:you have yet to break any rules.thank you for supporting the game!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

with something like this,we wont have to worry about waking up one day and find our accounts terminated for a mistaken reason.i swear im not making this suggestion because i just did something wrong, but i have donated lots of real life money to the game and would be really upset if i was banned for a random reason like "bugging"people or whatever.i know that it is part of HCS's responsiblity to ban people for breaking rules and harrasing others and all that, but it wouldnt hurt to give them warnings before a permanet ban, would it? :D

From what I hear, you get three "strikes", so I think it already works similar to this.

Did you know that there are likely over 2000 rouge black holes in our galaxy alone. Each of them can reach very high speeds, even in space terms, are each capable of destroying anything in their path, and are invisible. Well, goodnight!

I do think a warning, depending on what you did, would be nice. If it was a flagrant disregard for the rules, or you did something abusive to some one else, then no warning, you should get the 2 day ban right away. I think it's all situational really and depends on which cow caught you tipping the herd.

Yeah, there is a three strikes rule. Temp ban occurs according to the severity of the specific misdemeanour as does the length of said ban.
