I don't think this is necessary. I would only want a GOOD system of recovery in case of server failure - not having to beg the support and produce screenshots of what items one had in the mailbox/auctions.

If you have expensive stuff in the auctions, just "don't forget" :)

That's why I would ask for a good system. It's kind of ridiculous to, as a provider of service, ask users to provide screenshots to prove what they had. HCS should implement some kind of automatic monitoring for these cases (i.e. keeping any items "expired" from the mailbox in a separate database for a week or so - and being able to verify any claims for items lost due to server unavailability).

And yes, it has happen to me also, but current timelimit is good.
