If you offer people money to hit someone, but you do it via log message, is that also against the rules?

Yes it is against the rules... read both of my 2 posts on this thread which are both on page 1...

Via log message, yes it is against the rules. Outside of FS (MSN, real-life, etc.) is okay, though.

Did you know that there are likely over 2000 rouge black holes in our galaxy alone. Each of them can reach very high speeds, even in space terms, are each capable of destroying anything in their path, and are invisible. Well, goodnight!

Not really "okay" more like "untraceable" / "not provable cuz it's outside the game database". ;)

even when you attack them every hour on the hour, u will eventually stop taking experience from them. ive attacked a guy multiple times when i put a bounty on him, to take more experience. yet thru the day i kept hitting him then one time i took nothing but a couple gold and 1 pvp.

pvp is dead and you can barely get revenge in this game. its sad.

plus if the guy getting attacked over and over submits a ticket to HCS they will most likely call it harassment even though its part of the game.

You only take EXP if you have less exp then them... so if you really want, you can delevel yourself and keep attacking... or let them delevel you via bounty and keep it up ^_^

continually attack them every hour on the hour but do not send a message to them. No communication is the way to go, the attacking every hour thing is within the rules I believe.

It depends on how you interprut the rules, if you did it every hour for 6 days and the player quite would that constitue harrasement?

No, as the game is setup to allow random attacks every hour on any player... but if you msg them about it, then it can be seen as harassment...
