Kinda like a divorce... but for friends, and without the paperwork...

ROFL nice.

Yeah I agree with this suggestion.

The only people I accept as allies are those I know very well (or even in real life). I hate it when random new guildmates or someone I talk to once (or not even at all!) request to add me as an ally. I have no problem rejecting random ones, but guildmates act "hurt" if you decline their request, even if you don't know them. I see being listed on someone's allies as sleeping with them; I don't wanna be an ally whore and have my name all over a bunch of peoples' profiles! So yeah, being able to remove yourself if you no longer want to be associate with the person is a good idea. If only you could do the same thing in real life... bye bye memories of one night stands...

CTRL+Z
FTW!

lol, i decline guild allying anyway...since we are in the same guild, it can't be hard to remember, right?

Once you say yes i dont think you should be able to take it back, you can ask them to take you off but once you say yes its no longer your option so if you like this idea, just dont say yes unless you think there a good player one that wont do bad things, i know there isent really a way to tell but then just dont click yes, or just put in your bio im not really friends with ---- and then they should have you off in no time :) so there isent really a need for this unless the player did something really bad.

you can remove people who you have added as an ally but have no way to control (remove yourself) from the list of another person. just like you can't remove yourself from someone's enemy list.

just what i was thinking (you shouldnt be able to)

I like this idea but i like the notion of being able to see who has me listed better LOL! I sell buffs so many many people have me as either an ally or an enemy and it would be great to be able to see who they are in a nice tidy list LOL!

But yeah, I can see why it would be an issue to be able to remove yourself from someone's list. In fact, I am aware of at least a handful of incidents where it became quite expensive in terms of levels for a couple jerk players who steadfastly refused to remove a certain person from their ally lists, after they had robbed that person's guild and then left it. Hmmmm......
