HELL FORGE

Since FSPs are about 100 000 gold each, why not just change the hellforge to:
200 000 gold plus an additional amount of gold per level of forging.
This doesn't change the price but it does change the way we pay. It keeps FSPs in circulation and reduced excess game gold. Just a thought.

The price of FSP changes day to day "100k" gold is just a price that players have set for now because that's usually the highest price you might pay for it. HCS has said that they will do nothing to set an artificial price for FSP. As soon as they agree to your idea it would create a set price or exchange rate for FSP, plus they would lose a lot of money. How many people buy extra FSP at high levels, just to be able to Helforge the gear?

The point wasn't really about fairness. It is the loss of gold sinks from the game as a result of a change in the way potions are produced. Maybe the purchase of some of the components works well enough, but if the FSP market starts to crash... well, just thinking ahead.

Leave TEW and try being a player in the lvl 80 - 300 range.
Then hold alot of gold to forge your gear and see what happens.
Its alright suggesting these things when your in a position of strength such as yourself but you need to thin of the implications to everyone.
