Seems we are told to put in tickets rather then put things in the forum but what good is a ticket if its never answered? any one else have this problem?

hmmm...I've sent two support tickets during my time in FS. Both of them were responded to almost right away.

Did you know that there are likely over 2000 rouge black holes in our galaxy alone. Each of them can reach very high speeds, even in space terms, are each capable of destroying anything in their path, and are invisible. Well, goodnight!

Hi all,

We reported yesterday that the support center issues were fixed - but it appears they weren't!

Today however we have 100% corrected the issue and now everyone again can access the support center without issue.

As well as this, we have corrected an issue with the Shield Imp skill whereby sometimes when cast the imp would start with no hit points.

Have a great weekend everyone!

have also heard of a recent increase in the number of non-responsive tickets though... don't know the ifs/and/buts/or whys though...

i've almost always had immediate responces to tickets (and one incredibly, insanely, amazing response) but can also think of at least one time when there was a ticket responce issue (this was in the days of lag though....)

Well, I can tell you it is probably a bug, not that HCS is ignoring you. Less than a week ago I sent in a low priority ticket and it was answered in leass than 10 hours...

^ unless it is about avatars. i've know at least ten players who have submitted avatar related tickets who haven't heard anything back.

I've never had a problem with tickets being responded to late besides the ones about scammers.

Beyond this issue there has been a flood of new scams where players are getting messages asking for the name and password of accounts from random bots. This has brought about a large number of suport tickets regaurding them.

The Fallen Sword team, in the past, has been really good about answering most tickets within 48-72 hours in my personal experiance.

I've always had good response times on tickets I've submitted. That's the one aspect HCS has excelled in IMO.

I do not believe Carbo is talking about tickets not getting an answer per se, but more being put on hold to obtain an answer, which is at first mislead then a conclusion never comes. Which upon inquiry into the status of the issue, was told wrongfully that since they havent seen hoof to ask, and nothing has been said, that MUST mean the issue was dealt with and is done, instead of actually finding out as they said they would, when in fact the issue is still wide open and lacking a REAL response. As I have mentioned in another thread, I have heard many MANY complaints about the ticket system, and a lot of people are losing faith in HCS because of it. It really does need to be remedied for the good of all.

Something else that is really getting to people is when they do submit a ticket and inquire as to its status or conclusion, they get a "its none of your business" type response. This is quite offensive to many because if they submitted a ticket, how can the outcome NOT be their business?! HCS has never had a problem explaining actions taken or what is going on, and why things are the way they are before. so what happened?! and more importantly, HCS please, can you remedy this.

I generally don't have a problem with having them replied to. I usually get "handled or dealt with" as a reply to the ticket. Doesn't explain much.

Once again I set forth this challenge to the cows...use under cover accts and post your own tickets of various issues and seriousness, and see how they are handled and responded to.

I would challenge Hoof to do that as his word is always final.
