1) Back space is not needed if you want to fast kill just do THIS 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 then 0 to get back to the world screen. No need to waste all the time you tell about. and the Rr key repairs and the b key will bring up your back pack.

Ever wondered how some people were killing group of enemies so fast that you didn't even have a chance to attack one of them because it was "already killed?". Well, here's a small guide that will help you as fast as possible. This is posted in the newbies section, but this aims people with around level 10 or more, with a small initiation to the game mechanics and basics.

If you don't want to understand how it works and just wish to do step by step, you might just read the Bold text.

Here are the basics you might want to know :

#1 You can go under your character's preference to change the combat display speed. There isn't really any reason to let combat text display slowly except if you're really into RP. As soon as you understand how the game mechanics work, I personally recommand to increase the speed and set it to extreme or instant speed. You can still go back and see what happen if anything went wrong.

#2 As soon as you click or press to enter a fight, the fight is solved and the server compiled your gold/exp/items of the result of this fight, so you are not forced to watch the combat. If you already know that you can defeat a certain type of monster and you don't wanna watch the fight, you can go faster by clicking "back to world" or press backspace to go back to the previous page. Remember that you can hit backspace as soon as the page loads and if the combat text speed is set fast enough you will probably even have the time to see what happened and if you won the fight and if items dropped.

#3 Hotkeys are always good if you want to go fast in pretty much every game. Learning hotkeys isn't very hard, they are very intuitive.

That said, we can look at the routine you need to do in order to be the fastest

Step by step way for blazing speed :

For example, you are on a square with X number of monsters you know you can kill. Let's say there are 8 monsters visible (this is actually the max that the screen can display, and there are possibly more hidden behind those 8).

Press the hotkey 1 to attack the first monster, then as soon as the page loads press backspace. (You will be back at the previous screen but you won't see the monster dead, but he is indeed dead.)
Now press hotkey 2, then backspace as soon as the page loads.
Now press hotkey 3, backspace again...
....
Keep going until you get to hotkey 8 and then press backsapce again.
The initial screen should still show the same 8 monsters from the beggining but are now dead for good. To reload the screen just press 1 and the message "the monster doesn't exist or have been killed" should now display and the page is refreshed : showing you now only the monsters that aren't killed.
If there were only 8 monsters on that square you should see that there are no monsters left, but if there were more or you had animal magnetism or a new monsters spawned you will see them.
Now if there are any monsters left on the screen, let's say 3, you can do this all again to kill them : press 1, backspace, press 2, backspace, press 3, backspace, refresh by pressing 1: they're all dead : move to the next square.

You will notice that the speed of you killing highly depends on your Internet connection and the ability to load the pages fast, that's a fact. You will also find a good timing for you to press the hotkeys, I can clear 8 monsters in about 5-6 seconds without hitting backspace too early : this needs a little bit of practice.

This technique is intended so you don't have to use the mouse at all and that you can kill as fast as possible. There are alternative ways but none of which I know that are faster.

This guide was made to save people time. I started playing with a very tight agenda and couldn't always use all my stamina due to the fact that I didn't knew these techniques. If I helped you in any way, let me know :D

*sigh*

Mickey is closer, however, you don't have to press 0

double tap the last number (triple, quadruple, etc. tapping can be necessary if animal magnetism is active) and you bypass the combat display all together

nice to know  I'll try this out and edit my post

Do you mean press 1,2,3,4 etc in a row? wouldn't that just fight the first monster and 2,3,4 etc do nothing?

Nope, it actually works and thus is about 10 times faster than your method. Though it's easy to miss a few numbers if you do it too quickly.

Yes hit 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 as fast as you can on the number pad and 0 if you want to wait for the last combat to finish or just hit one key 2 or 3 times.
