the only thing you can do is start a bounty, as zire said. since it requires a 80 or 85% vote for a mutiny to be passed, i am not sure if you will make it happen with only 2 votes since that will only add up to 50%. you may want to cut your losses, grab your guildie and head to a new home.

you have 24 hours from the iniation of the mutiny for the required number of yea votes to be cast. if that doesn't happen, the mutiny ends and you will have to wait 24 or 48 hours before the same guild member can declare a mutiny again.

but i think you misundersood... if there are only 4 members in the guild and 2 are inactive, then a mutiny won't pass since 80 or 85 percent of the total guild must agree to the mutiny.

What Mags said.. so you will either need to recruit some new guildies (if you have the power to do so) so that you can start a mutiny and have the number of votes required to win or you will have to cut your losses and move to another guild.

Edit - Ok now I had a chance to check your guild.. no guild structures and only a very small amount of goldz in teh bank?.. unless you intend to put a lot of time, hard work and FSP into that guild (running a good guild is not a stroll in teh park) forget the mutiny, cut your losses and join a new guild (with some guild structures and loan equipment).. Srsly.
