HCS buff idea.
Gain +0.1% extra xp per kill for each 1000 gold donated max 100% xp gain, 2hr duration.
This would potentially drain 1 million gold per player per leveling session.
There would not be an "instant" effect, but over time there would be less gold across the game.
For a quicker drain of gold a second "buff" could be added at +0.1% extra xp per kill stacked with the first buff (for no gold cost) for a max total of 200% xp gain, but each +0.1% would result in a -0.1% gold drop.
The only real problems I see with this is that the addition of game content at the high end would need to be hastened to a large degree.
Just my 2 cents.

The idea of giving away Fallen Sword Points is out the window.
This was formerly done with the 'lottery' but, has since been removed.
To Shelfunit -- neat idea.. but, when everyone nearly instantly smacks into the end-game.. HCS would have to work many times harder to compensate for the fact that everyone is sitting in the 800s... and then waiting for more 'content' to be published.
Good idea -- just a little low-ball for execution.
Maybe if the gold count was One Million gold per .1% XP gain. That would do it.

Bring the fsp lottery back, and players buy the tickets with gold
They had reasons for taking it off...

What was the reason?

What was the reason?
I think (not sure) it's a legal reason...
They need to have a permit to run a lottery

Yeah remember we cannot do things in the game that can be seen as gambling for legal reasons.

will keep this suggestion active as I really do want to hear what others might think. It is a bit discouraging knowing the gear exists that would enable one hitting yet the only way to use it is beyond ones reach. This would make that gear available to all and not merely the few who do now. Something that amazes me is that there are those now currently selling this gear who once swore not to be caught up in the whole greed mentality, and vowed, should they ever be in a position to do so, they would change the game by selling at a more realistic price. Amazing how time changes people.
They could sell it at a more realistic price...straight to someone who will then jack the price up again and make a ton of FSP off it. These items are priced very high, yes, but if you think of the thousands of stam it takes to win one of these items, then it makes sense. Plus, if your guild wants these items, why not take a collection to buy them for guild use. Yes, these items allow you to one hit, but we were one hitting prior to them as well. Think about Fuva...it's not even needed until level 484 and we had the Rune of Roh prior to that and were able to one hit. Skaldir isn't required to one hit either...Green Spine boots did that as well. Everyone knows that it's simple to one hit at level 100, so not even Oggy is really needed there. Tsuki isn't needed to one hit either...so no, none of these are "needed" to one hit, they just make things a bit nicer. The biggest advantage to these items is in PvP, Arena and stam gain.
However, your idea is not without merit, however, while it would be a great gold sink in game, it would also be a great gold sink for the Cows as less people would buy FSP so they could buy one of the Epic items.

it's about a dbl1200 potion. if i would be added to the special potions in AH it would take out a looooooot of gold. if wither goes up to 700k , this potion would probably get to 3-4 mil ... maby more.
And all the player with 10k + stamina would go after it ...

Individual players like to have a list of buffers/plant buyers/merchants that is pretty easily accessed from the profile page.
The Feature could be something like buying extra ally or enemy slots, but the cost would be gold. It wouldn't have to be publicly viewable, and could simply be a list format, rather than displaying the player thumbnail. I would recommend having three sections or more, each purchasable separately, and allow players to either title them themselves, or have set sections (i.e Buffers, Buyers, Merchants)
As a further sink, you could even let the player "tag" the link, as a memory aid (i.e. Centurion level 105 buff or Buys blood blooms), and charge to enable this feature.
