I know...forget about HP... what you should care about is damage... put ALL your level up points into damage... and choose gear that will give you the max damage (that is, if you are just going to level up)
But now I have 12 HP!
Are you repairing your items? As you battle creatures, items can loose their durability, making your stats go down. Click "Blacksmith" under "Actions" on the left of your screen to repair your equipment.

HP isn't part of durability.. HP is restored each time you finish a battle.

When an item increases HP, as that items durability goes down, so does the increase in HP from it - like every other stat increased by an item (hence the importance of repairing your equipment regularly

Don't sweat the HP, I have 20. Work on finding a guild that wants to help you. Buffs from structures and guildies will help tremendously, as well as the gear the guild can let you use while you level.
Hit points simply don't matter, since your goal is to oneshot all mobs, and since you get to swing first, Hit Points are somewhat moot.
Please read this thread, I wrote it to help new players get to the business of having fun faster.
