Ironic that the guild King of all Kings, one that promotes Christianity, is acting in a predatory, un-Christian manner.

Perhaps an eye for an eye is called for? Or should Druzail just turn the other cheek? Curious to see others' thoughts on the matter.

My thought is that we have a level 5 currently carrying over 43,000 gold. Most other level 5's would be lucky to have 1,000 gold. Therein lies the problem.

It's "normal" for me to carry about 300,000 gold. If another player my level has 43x that much - 12,900,000 gold - you'd better believe I'd be attacking them too.

I'd have no problem attacking a player at our level, RD. Established players are fair game.

Gang attacking a level 5? Seems unsavory to me, even if it is within the rules.

I didn't say it was nice. I was just speculating as to why so many people would want to harass him in such a way.

I also find it interesting that the OP sent me a message in-game "thanking" me for posting his gold amount in the forum because it caused him to get attacked 14 more times. Oddly enough, his PvP rating has stayed the same. Hmmm...

I guess they didn't realize that you don't have to post how much gold they have for anyone to know... all they have to do is click on his/her name and it will take them directly to their profile

i doubt it was so much the guild going after you as someone from the guild happening upon you with 150k gold on hand and then posting it in guild chat. makes sense that anyone within range would go for a bit of that gold.

to the OP - you could try finding some higher level friend/guildmate you trust to hold your gold temporarily for you, maybe even sell you FSPs for it, once you send him/her X amount of gold. That's how I got from lvl .. dunno, 20ish maybe? to about 75 - the same person was both my banker and FSP vendor :P

imho wasting stamina for PvP at those low levels is plain stupid. How much gold would a single attack steal, from a person with a total of 150k on hand, 5k on the average or less? You're much better off levelling (and it's VERY EASY compared to levelling after 186) and you'll be outlevelling your PvPers in no time.
