For 1 -hitting there are several roads:
iferno hammer+all damage items +EW1000+Ber350. No CA, No DD.
all damage setup+CA
all damage setup+DD ( here Imp is needed and will be killed too with bad luck you have to refill it)
Witches set +DD.

I use this spreadsheet for my item planning.
Starting at this level, you can no longer just put on the "best set" for your level and train.
You actually need to figure out what to do.
I wear the "all damage setup+CA" that Celendais recommended.
I use CA 72 because it gives the most damage at the least +stam usage.
Finding specific CA can be hard to find as some have it at 32, 50, 70, 100 etc.
The "iferno hammer+all damage items +EW1000+Ber350. No CA, No DD. " is very expensive as EW is like 300k and Berks 350 is FSP.
I also tried DD+Imp and it works, but imp is expensive if your guild can't provide. I usually hunt in the dead of the night, so my guild is mostly asleep i think, so I do not do this road.
Never tried Witches Set + DD, might try that later.
By using the spread sheet I can find out what buffs I need to 1 hit.
Along with the set of All-Damage Items and Inferno Hammer,
I have to use CA 72, Berk 200+, EW 135, EA 145, Fury (sometimes) and the normal leveling buff.
I spend about 2 fsp to get buffs and gain about 250k.
I barely get profit but I gain like 90% experience.

Looking for info on the best sets for both levelling , as well as defence when inactive at level 205.
Also any mixed in non set items that accompany sets if there's an open slot.
