One of the promising suggestions in the above post is for HCS to release items with Negative fury caster enhancements
(If you haven't read that post in its entirety, I encourage you to do so... it's very entertaining)

As a tribute to the original poster, I propose that HCS release a new item bearing this player's name
(Who, fittingly enough, does not have a Fury Shrine in his solo guild)

I envision the image of this item to be that of a "crown of thorns" or perhaps even a "cap 'n' bells" type hat (à la Giggles)

Possible names include:
Phool's Crown of Tranquility
Crown of the Phool
Phoolish Casting Crown/Cap

The classification would, of course, be Crystalline
Probably available via the PvP Arena

Min level of 400 (you wouldn't need this item before level 400)

Stats:
If you wanted to be really nice, it would have +100 sustain and -100 fury caster enhancements
Either [none] for the bonuses or something useless like +1 gold gain

Note: A player without a Fury Shrine would not be able to achieve -100% fury caster
(just as enhancements max at 100%... so should they min at 0%)

Also note: Items and Guild bonuses (structures/relics) would all be summed together
(Thus, it would be possible to achieve many levels of a skill with the correct items)

like the idea, doubt they would name it after someone, but would make it much easier to get the Ca buffs you need

No thanks, mainly due to the naming.

There are many people playing a part in this game, I don't see any reason to start naming items after players, where do u draw the line?

If u want flexible buff levels get rid of ur fury shrine.

The reason for this suggestion is to try to avoid doing that.

I'm all for this, heck I'd be for any equipment which gives negative FS enhancement.

1) theres nothing wrong with the name

2) honestly he earns it, there are 2 players that i have seen in this game that have contributed that much knowledge and good times in this game.

3) if you destroy your fury shrine, you only get x number of levels of CA, if you keep it and have a negative fury shrine item you can have even more levels of CA

i am all for it! also love the name but can somewhat understand why it may not happen that way... (although in this particular case, i can see him worthy of a permanent place via an item).

i didn't ask for a reason why, did i? and in case you failed to notice, i also said that i can see that the name of the item wouldn't fly...

... but that does not mean that the item itself is a bad idea.

if you are unable to see beyond the name suggested by the OP then that is your issue.

if you would of read the entire thread and my first post, you would of seen that i am for the item, its just the odds of them naming it after him are slim, because of multiple reasons and one of them is bringing unwanted attention to a player, and then your also going to get other players saying well why cant i have a item named after me

They sure name sets after players, there is a level 400 crystalline set names after me 8)

It would be interesting to have items with negative enhancements, in this particular case having negative F.C. bonus would allow guilds to spend FSP in upgrading the Endurance Shrine without having to think about CA 25

this^^... also, why should an important structure such as the fury shrine have such an obvious limitation. having no fury shrine is more appealing to so many players who benefit from CA...

I really like the idea of negative enhancements, and I certainly will not dispute Phools impact on the game. However, it would be manifestly unfair to all the other players to start naming items after players, other then by random chance (with over 2 million registered users, you are bound to have duplication). The problem would be some players, would then come to "expect" it, and it would cause unneccessary drama and conflict.

Great concept with the items, but ixnay on the names. (With no disrespect towards the great players in this game, whatsoever - however, honor them in other ways).

I dont know about that. Anyone who knew Phool would realize that he would be a special case were anything to be named after him. And anyone who never heard of him would just be "lol that crown is foolish :D" and treat it like any other item in the game.

This a good idea. I'd like to see something dedicated to Phool that solves something he wanted to fix.

I can just imagine the look on his face if someone sends it to him, and after that he returns.

Did you know that there are likely over 2000 rouge black holes in our galaxy alone. Each of them can reach very high speeds, even in space terms, are each capable of destroying anything in their path, and are invisible. Well, goodnight!

Why is everyone so obsessed with Phool?

Did he save thousands from a burning building or something?

Phool was the Chuck Norris of FS.
