My current level is now under 200, but all my level 200 skills still work normally, and I have 120 points in all of them.

If I reset all my skills, will I have lost the skill points from being deleveled?

And will I only be able to put 115 points into a skill again?

EDIT: Had another question about releveling.

Is the XP gained from creatures based on my current level or my VL?

I have no idea about the skill reset question, but I know that you do indeed get less exp per creature when you are deleveled then if you were at the equivalent level normally. There was a thread supporting that statement, but I can't find it... must be buried. So I'd think that exp per mob must be from your current level rather than VL, if I had to guess.

if you keep your VL and reset your skill points i would imagine you can still put points into level 200 buffs because you are still technically level 200+. you can only attack players based on your VL so it would make sense to still be able to get buffs. it would be totally lame if you couldnt after you reset your skill points so i would send a support ticket before doing so or just try doing one that you wouldnt mind losing and replacing with a lower level buff.

Tested it, skill point allocation is based on Actual level, Not VL.

Skills are ALWAYS going to be based on level. Its really not that hard to figure out. Virtual level is for Player versus Player, and therefore does not count for buffs. Ask someone for a cheap doubler x4 and and level up.
Though I would like to know how much exp a lvl 100 + gets with doubler?

That has nothing to do with what he was asking about... but ok. With a standard, Level 150 Doubler at my Level, I'll get about 2,300 exp a mob, that's with a Level 140 Adept Learner though... so about 1,900 exp per mob.

yet you can still use level 200 buffs if your AL is below 200. so i guess thats not always ;)
