COMBAT PAGE SHOULD INDICATE HOW MUCH STAMINA WAS USED ON HIT

His first hit took 20,000 XP off me and i thought this was excessive. I told him that he had started my bounty way too late and that was the reason i was going to counter him. I also used the 100 stams as justification (We also have a long history of problems so that's not the only reason)
After i messaged him the amount of XP went up to 40,000. obviously he wasn't using 100 stams on the first hits.
If the combat page showed the amount of stam used in the hit, this might stop future misunderstandings between players.
I don't counter except for late starts and 100 stams. late starts i can prove. The amount of stam used is not provable till it's too late.
I suggest the combat page show the exact amount of stam used.
Hunters are our friends and i would hate to unfairly punish one because of a lack of info

For example I lose from as little as 1000 xp to as much as 3000 xp in normal 10 stamina hit. Then i lose around 20k to 30k xp in a 100 stamina hit.
It may be nice to know but it's not the most needed of updates.

After being on the bounty board for a while you can learn ow much xp you normally lose in a 10 stam hit.

what kind of level difference are you talking about? cause it makes a big difference.
When i deleveled a player 400 levels higher than me it took almost 4,000,000 XP off that player. That was a 100 stam hit.
How much would you take if the player was only 200 levels higher?

levels difference doesn't matter on the BB

I don't understand. :-( The levels don't matter? so if a player that was the same level as the one i mentioned deleveling had used a 100 stam hit it would have taken 4,000,000 XP?

any level player would take similar XP off that player with 100 stamina like you did ...

these hits were from the same bounty
player #1
Arturianos lost 19607 experience.
Arturianos lost 96 gold of which XXXXXX stole 72 gold
XXXXXX gained PvP rating of 8.
player #2
Arturianos lost 4949 experience.
YYYYYY gained PvP rating of 8.
then player #1 hit me again.
Arturianos lost 48653 experience.
Arturianos lost 77 gold of which XXXXXX stole 58 gold
XXXXXX gained PvP rating of 16.
Can the amount of XP taken vary that much on a 100 stam from the same player?
Player #2 used a 10 stam hit for sure.
player #1 claims he used a 10 stam first then hit me with a 100 stam after the first hit

And everyone else means is the level of the attacker doesn't matter.
The higher level the defender is the more xp they can lose.

player 2 took 4949 plus 100% is 9898.
So player 1 should have taken the same amount off me. somewhere in that range between 5000 and 10,000
I'm just using this as an example. cause other players on that bounty took less than 4000
I think the lowest was 3600

So it seems that my first post still stands. there's some confusion about this.
Knowing for sure would definitely help
I know it's not the most urgent of matters but it seems pretty urgent to me.
Like i said bounty hunters are our friends and i don't want to unfairly punish one if he's just 10 stamming me

another player just told me in PM that the level difference does matter. if a player is 100 levels lower than you he'll take more XP off you than a 100 level higher one.
That is false.

That seems to be the popular opinion on this matter. But wouldn't you all like to be sure? I mean it's just one extra line on the combat page. And especially for people who are new or just uninformed like me, it sure would stop a lot of unnecessary counter bounties.
Does anyone know where to find a wiki item or something that spells this out in detail? I sure would appreciate it.

My experience backs up the statement that level difference has no (or very little) effect on XP loss. In one series of deleveling bounties on people level 200-250, I and a level 560 were sharing our hits. The level 560 was consistently (19 out 20) taking more XP per hit. XXXXX should be wanting me to take his bounties.
"Below is a list of available bounties. You can take on a bounty against any level of target player, however the cost in Bounty Tickets increases by 1 for each 5 levels higher the level difference is between you and the target. Note when you take on a bounty, the usual 1 hour between attacks is reduced to 2 minutes and xp loss is doubled (and applicable regardless of level difference). Note that a maximum of 5 levels can be lost due to a bounty. When a bounty is placed, the game will calculate the amount of experience needed for your previous level and also the experience needed for five levels below. This experience difference is then stored with the bounty, and each bounty kill will decrease this value (eg. the XP Loss Remaining value), therefore capping the maximum loss of a bounty at 5 levels. Additionally if the target is below level 7, the total amount of xp loss possible will be reduced."

What it doesn't clarify is if the amount of XP taken will vary depending on level.
During the last war everyone in our guild was hitting the same person and the difference in xp taken was huge.
I'm not trying to be argumentative. I'm just looking for am accurate answer

yep i understand that XP loss is doubled compared to a normal PvP hit. and that this does not change just because the person is lower or higher than you.
What it doesn't clarify is if the amount of XP taken will vary depending on level.

the difference can be huge, but it doesn't depend on level difference... I did 9 x 100 stamina hits on the same player and XP taken randomly varied from 1,300,000 to 2,500,000
