Would kinda ruin bounty hunting though.

horrible idea for the simple fact that it would allow the 1-kill bounty buyers to escape with minimal harm for their efforts

not to mention the fact that if bounty hunting or pvp was made to be "safe" then it would be littered with these whining little kids and ruin it for those of us that actually enjoy it

PvP is meant to be risky, not for the whiner who cries after losing xp like SirAdmiral here.(just kidding)

I agree this is a horrible idea. Any hit made against another player should have the same risks. Half the fun of PvP is the conflicts it starts :D

XP loss for higher levels does need adjustment. It should take the same amount of 100 stams to drop a level 700 as it does a low level player. This change alone would bring more higher level players back into PvP.

HCS want gold sinks? Put fixing and improving PvP higher on their to do list. PvP aspect is a huge gold sink in itself.

It should also discourage some level 25 or so noobs from spamming everyone with hits without fear of loss...

10x100stams should be taking 1 level no matter what level the target is..
