HI ive been thinking about the games backstory and how it ties in with the actual game
im talking about the official fs backstory written by Iaganatzi
see http://forum.fallens... ... sc&start=0
PLEASE READ OR KNOW THE BACKSTORY BEFORE CONTINUING
ok so before you read the whole idea ill give you the jist of what this thread is about
in the backstory it talks about a sword called Iluthar : Sword of Light it also days that this weapon has never been found
the game is called fallen sword and players work hard in this game for what seems to be a never ending competition....
we,ll while thats stillfun i think a story that ties in with the game would vastly improve fs
so my idea would mean having 3 swords that represent this sword as items in the game
it will be extremly hard for any player to obtain one of these though it will only be possible for the elite of the elite
here are the steps involved
1. a player who obtains a crystal medal will be given an item, each medal gives a different item.
2.each of these items corresponds to a quest in one of the four areas outlined in the backstory
The North Lands of Eredas where Eribor, a mighty human fortress sits guarding the valley pass.
The East Lands of Mora is home to the Elven race along with dark mercenaries.
The West Lands of Eagos is home to the magnificent Dwarven Citadel Lanslil.
Finally, the Withered Lands in the south, bastion to the forces of darkness.
the player must give the item recieved from gaining a crystal medal then complete the quest and will be given as reward
1/4 parts of one of the 3 swords
each sword requires 3 parts outlined in the recipe
the player will need to get the right items from gaining the right crystal medals
and do the right quests to get the 4 parts that make up each different sword
so thats the basic idea........theres alot to be added
but id appreciate everyones feedback on wether you think this could improve or harm
the game.
BUT PLEASE GIVE A REASON FOR AN ANSWER NO YES OR NO ANSWERS
