*shrugs*When was the game ever about being fair? It's a player driven market, So I guess you know who to blame.
You?
I'm not the one listing my gold as high as possible to get rid of it as soon as I can..
Easy to point the finger huh?
The players offloading gold to the marketplace above what you want to pay are the ones you should be blaming. I have other uses for gold.
I was just playing lol
Sorry :'[

If thats the case then why isnt there more stam drain? People join the arena all the time and scavenge all the time, why shouldnt that cost some stam to be used? I mean its not like youre not using stamina to fight each other and fight the creatures. regular pvp uses stam, arena pvp should use stam too (Also make the amount of stam use according the the amount of moves made, meaning that if you turtle up and go max D, you stand to lose 40 stam per fight (or some adjustment to that lol)). Also for scavenging, you are walking with the scouts to the place of the creature, why should you fight the creature. Something like 2 stam per try + the amount of stam to fight the creature should work well, this would also allow HCS to drop all the crappy creatures from scaving...
I like this :]

The arena did require stamina at one time, 10 per tournament, but that was changed for reasons that should not be too difficult to figure out.
As for scavenging, is experience or gold gained for a creature kill?
This being a player driven market is only true to a point, HCS has and will always be able to control market prices on items. You only have to review the previous LE's, and their respective creatures to see this trend. Perhaps unintentional on their part, but when it is done many times, the only conclusion left is that the market is not in our total control as we are led to believe. It's a player driven market

Enlightened me on why it was removed? I was here when it was still there and I joined the arena religiously, and when it was removed I still joined the arena. Most people who play the arena now are looking for wins and would gladly use 10 stam per arena. Also this would require people to make a set up because it would cost more to join.
As for scavenging you gain items as of right now. If the items are removed then its just like the arena where you enter using money hoping to get some sort of result out of it.
Also This is the only game that Ive played (aside of real time environment) that have some sort of extras that does not require the use of stamina.

I join the most of my tournaments after I finish hunting, which is when I also have the most gold on hand, this is also when I have the least amount of stamina to give to the arena. After the removal of stamina from this side game, the arena did pick up, meaning more tournaments went through in a 24 hour period. Whether this is still is still true, not entirely sure on that, but if it were to change back to a stamina charge as well, the amount of tournaments I enter would drop drastically, and I would surmise that others would also drop off from this section of the game. Although from your statements, this is not accurate.
True, I do gain an item from scavenging, but how often is that item worth the stamina cost? I end up with more useless items when I scavenge, than useful ones, and that is using established or better than established gold amounts for the creatures I want drops from in this area. So from my perspective, it balances out.
The part about the arena and scavenging not costing stamina is nice to see, as their primary purpose is to act as a gold sink, not a stamina sink. As it stands now, I still do not have enough gold laying around after a hunt to do everything I would like to do. Either I am doing something wrong, or my priorities differ from the majority of the player base within FS as I always seem to be wanting/needing more gold, not less.

As for the "player driven market" HCS has been always hiding behind this expression..Players do what its expected of them..they burn stamina and bring gold to the game..HCS not only does not keep up with gold-sinks but they also undermine existing ones (Arena profits reduced only to be re-enstated after a while, scavenging has the same old rewards, half the LEs are not worth going after as well).
I fail to see how its a player driven market then, with players to blame, when HCS can change things with a twitch of the finger (the moment they lifted the MP cap, because some idiot players suggested it) the MP has beeon steadily going up..It will be interesting to see if is past 150K per FSP by Friday..

For scavenging, maybe the price of each potion goes up 1 FSP, but the amount of gold taken out because people cant use the stam to level would be a good gold sink.
