In this latest update we have made the following improvements to the game...
- Skills are no longer castable if your Virtual Level drops below the minimum level requirement of the skill.
- An issue with inactive players (last login > 7 days) being attackable in GvG has been fixed.
- PvP Prestige is now gained as a fixed amount based on the type of attack (+10 for a standard attack, +1 for a bounty). Remember you only gain if you initiated the attack and were victorious.
- PvP Prestige can now only be gained from the same player once every 3 days.
- PvP Prestige can no longer be gained from inactive players (last login > 30 days).

Just one question. When you say "Inactive players are no longer targetable in GvG", do you mean longer than 7 days, or truly inactive?

- Skills are no longer castable if your Virtual Level drops below the minimum level requirement of the skill.
So then players like dddavid, anbasi, leve1977 etc are basically "useless" unless they level? They earned the buffs, they should be able to keep them no matter what they choose to do with their levels . .
PvP Prestige is now gained as a fixed amount based on the type of attack (+10 for a standard attack, +1 for a bounty). Remember you only gain if you initiated the attack and were victorious.
So then you need to do 45 attacks to get the full amount of prestige? Thats 450 stamina minimum . . simple enough to understand. I don't mind this update, since people wont have to waste stam lowering their pvp ratings. BTW, have the rewards come into effect yet?
- PvP Prestige can now only be gained from the same player once every 3 days.
So if someone hunts every 3 days, they would have to attack 45 different players? Well, goodbye to prestige for me, I'm not sure there ARE 45 players that are below me . . 1 day would be a bit more reasonable, especially at the higher levels . . There are times when the EOC guys are 4-5 levels apart, which means they have 1-2 people to attack . . thats possibly 135 days to get full prestige . .
- PvP Prestige can no longer be gained from inactive players (last login > 30 days).
That DEFINITELY means that I don't have 45 players to attack . .
Well, those were my thoughts, please comment

Is based on your Virtual Level
In respect of GvG - its 7 days as before - we just fixed it

It says greater than 30 days so it must be truly inactiveLooks awesome, hoof.

It says that for prestige, not GvG.

Hi all,

What about casting a level 400 skill, such as Keen Edge, at level 175, if your virtual level drops below level 450 but stays above 400? Thanks.

Its the minimum level requirement for the skill - so in the case of Keen Edge that would indeed be level 400.

okay, say your virtual level goes down to 349 too. i dont spend my skill points right away, i do it after my hunt - easier to keep track of how many level i got. but if i were to hit 350/400/450, i would update my buffs right awayhoof!

or even change the situation to level 500 with level 175 buffs, can a level 499 (deleveled, didnt use level up points yet, so vl is 499) can they cast level 400 and under skills at level 175?
