Agree with all updates!

First of all, for those complaining about Prestige: This was never meant to be a easy to get 10% (at least not imo). To me, this is a way to reward a lil bit the bounty hunters and pvpers (since they usually lose XP by doing that), which I have no problem at all.

I used to farm prestige from inactives, now I'll just have to stop, or risk. Can't see any problem there :)

Great job,,dont agree with all of it (wheres the penalty to go with the bonus of 7days >inactive? They can still use them as a pack mule but we cant hit them?)

No more hitting dead bodies, Grendel. Guess you have to earn your RP items now

It isn't like they don't wear gear, my personal opinion is if they are in the guild then they are a liability of the guild.

The argument's been had a million times already. You're welcome to your opinion, of course, but fortunately that appears not to be the decision made.

I have the answer. The following was cast on me by a previously VL level 500 player:

02:35 21/Jan/2010
[ Ignore ] Player ***** activated the skill 'Deflect' (Level: 175) on you.

Therefore, it appears that as long as you have reached a certain level to allocate skill points to a skill, and as long as you do not fall below the skill level required to CAST said skill, you retain the casting value you had at the previous virtual level. Is this a correct deduction, Mr. Hoof?

The points you allocate to the skill aren't relevant for working out the required level - as long as your virtual level is equal or greater than the minimum level required to allocate points to the skill you will be able to cast is as normal.

Seems to be pretty much exactly what you're looking for, Dale.

Seems to be dale, its just that if your VL is 200 persay, and you have reached level 500, you can cast a level 175 conserve, (provided that you put 150 points into it at level 500) but you can not cast a level 175 death dealer, no matter how many points you have in it.

If thats the case then a minor tweak might be needed. Meaning that the maximum allocated skill points to a skill are 150 but should be adjusted according to VL as well..Meaning that a player deleveling from 500 to 200, should not have 150 skills points maximum to his buffs..Only 120 of those should "count", making the buffs lvl 145 at most..Kust like all other lvl 200-249 players

By the way, wasn't looking for it to BE one way or another, just wanted a clarification.

I suggest giving every player a skills reset...I dont think it is fair for the players who delevel themselves for a part of the game to be more strategic at it should have to pay 100 to be able to use buffs....because of this update i have about 2 useless skills that i can cast

I also don't think it's fair that you kick members during conflicts, but I'm not complaining.

Yeah a forced reset would fix that ;)
