when the day ticks over to Thursday the 28th (midnight) GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) the work will start.
That seems pretty straight forward to me. Also looks like people trying to argue for the sake or an arguement.
Hi. I"m not trying to argue for the sake of arguing. I was just trying to clarify. Now then..didn't the day already tick over to Thursday the 28th? About an hour and 10 minutes ago? At that point it was midnight. So to be precise, the work starts when the day ticks over to Friday the 29th (midnight) GMT and will be done by Friday morning. Isn't that right? What am I missing.

I generally count midnight 00:00 as the same day, then 00:01 as the next day - not sure if this is the 'standard' way - but its my way 8)

Good to know - looks like most of us consider 23:59 as same day, and 00:00 as the next day.
