I am not so sure support tickets will work, a couple of these cheaters that were scripting were saved because they found a way to cover themselves up..the same could happen with their founder creating an account every 2-5 minutes and knowing to change his IP's..but the proof is there for all to see, with or without IP verification..

HCS does a lot to entice people to cheat (cough, titans, cough) but they really screwed this one up. it's obvious that SOMEONE made multiple accounts on someones recruiting link, but unless they've got nancy drew or the hardly boys on the case, ANYONE could rack multis on someone elses link just to get them banned
max, while i agree, it is possible that a hater did all the recruiting

HCS would have to check every player in the guilds log in/log off times against the sign up times of each multi. And it could have been one player logs off, creates multi's from different ip's for a few hours without logging into their actual account.
Then again it could have been anyone trying to set em up. If HCS want to stop this kind of thing they need to stop rewarding people for having 20+ useless lvl 1 recruits.
Most people recruiting fairly wont stand much chance of winning so they will eventually stop. This new "initiative" isnt going to bring any new players to the game. Just show the existing players how easy it is to cheat and not only get away with it, but now get rewarded for it. Not a very good message.

Be this very low level players with an amazing amount of GvG knowledge (some very quick learners apparently!) and rolling in GRP; multi's entering arena matches so at to enable the primary account to win; players "recruiting" to win a medal, or in this case, a valuable potion; and so on and so on.
Does this leave a bad taste in anyone else's mouth?
All of this looks very dodgy...but do we have definitive proof of wrong-doing? Can we submit a ticket and categorically state that a group of someone's friends did not randomly decide to click on the recruit link at pretty much the same time?
The proof is on the HCS servers. Yes, it will take an employee's time and energy to examine and catalogue the data entries. Time that could possibly be better spent on another facet of the game. Or do we think that the integrity of the game is important enough for firm action to be taken?
