This topic, at the OP's original post he says his PM was not reported and yet he was suspended..
I think the whole "big brother" thing started from there

The part with the msgs offering gvg deals... I think hcs found that this new gvg update isn't working as they intended and players found a way around it. In lack of better ideas to make it work as intended they got to the same old lame solution involving msgs. I personaly never asked for such deals and never accepted any offers but I point things out here since they are wrong. Besides most players are connected as well through messenger, skype, etc. It's simply not a solution hcs. Work harder.
In short words i totally disagree with any kind of msg monitoring or any other means and rules to impale the freedom of speech between players. As hcs must have noticed by now this new rules touched a very sensitive area. That's simply bcoz in real life it defines the border between democracy and comunism.
And now on a good note for hcs and off topic: the fs box update about foul language is a great thing. We must keep in mind that this game is for 13+ of age. Sometimes the box was getting pretty hot and people were getting trained into some nasty stuff forgetting there are kids around who will inevitably read that.
Will hcs answer in any way to this post coz I got used to be ignored. Can't remember when they ever answered to any post of mine but deep inside i know they read my feedback and they take it into consideration lol.

Here's my view on that. And now on a good note for hcs and off topic: the fs box update about foul language is a great thing. We must keep in mind that this game is for 13+ of age. Sometimes the box was getting pretty hot and people were getting trained into some nasty stuff forgetting there are kids around who will inevitably read that.
The Acceptable Use Policy states:
You must be 13 years or older to create and/or use a Fallen Sword game account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian or parents to create an account and play Fallen Sword. If we feel this approval has not been given, we reserve the right to terminate the account without notice.
So, to me this says for children aged 13-17, parental consent must be given to play this game, and those parents need to realize that the majority of the players are over the age of 18, and so from time to time, their pweshus chillins might be exposed to something a bit above what's intended for the Barney and Sesame Street crowd. If they're not okay with that, then they should keep their child in their sandbox, and off the internet. Quit forcing adults to walk as if on eggshells because some kid might see a word, phrase, or insinuation that their parents don't like. Besides that, do people have any idea what is going on in schools with 13-17 year olds? Anything that goes on in FS is LAME compared to the things that go on in schools these days. Children cannot be sheltered forever, nor should they be, if they're ever expected to grow up and interact with adults in the world outside mommy and daddy's house. Keep in mind that the game (and forum) already has a word filter, which is turned on by default, to censor out certain words. On top of that, even if you have the censor disabled in the game, you only get uncensored PMs and guild chat; the FSBox is still censored. Note also that the "Enable word censoring" option on the forum does not actually work properly; even if you have it set where one would think it's not going to censor what you see, you are still subject to seeing the HCS-defined word replacement filter. If that's not enough, then those people who are too sensitive to certain arrangements of ASCII shouldn't even go near the internet.

Unless someone gets bored.I suspect Hunted Cow has bigger fish to fry than keeping tabs on everyone's PMs and being the Big Brother.
