Look, I am not trying to demonize HCS here. All I want is some answers. I want to know why they don't want a beta tester. I also want to know why Hooftest is level 810 and why they don't check content before they release it.
Darn straight!! Answers!! That's what ya need! Though... I know someone said that they dont have the time to do it, however I beg to differ... with Hooftest, they have infinite amount of stamina, and could go through it 3, 4, 15 times to make sure its all working, even using the gear most likly that's gonna be used for those levels, even make him to where he is not able to be targeted so no one is attacking it. There's gotta be some sort of quality control that these realms go through before being put into play for the general public... Either through HCS using a proper leveled Test character, or through HCS allowing players to Beta test the areas before they come into play.

Shardoom made a great point earlier saying that we could "talk about this until we are blue in the face" but until the cows see it, nothing will change. Hopefully this thread will get some Cow love! WUB THIS THREAD COWS!

The problem is that the content isn't tested properly, that is, in the last stage completed like a player would complete it, bugs denoted, fixed and then completed again to check. If bugs still exist, repeat. Obviously, that's not a very "interesting" thing to do, so it's not done, and the players suffer. I have lost hope that it'll ever be done, so nowadays I just stay back and will complete the content only after a while, when -most- of the bugs are fixed (or, if I'm lucky, -all-).

From my experience in programming, I'd say it could not be that hard to make a script that does a few, if not most, basic steps in map creating. (p.e. stairs).
Most of all, it is NOT that hard to test the new content. We can make it through the 10 levels in 1-2 hours... Hoof with AL2000 and DW5000 would have to kill only a few creeps, so how much time would it take to verify that all the stairs work and all the quest steps work as they should? Time is not an issue, it's about the principle - they don't give a damn, they just release the new content and wait for the unpaid EOC players to do the testing for them.

Hopefully, yet doubtfully, they are preparing their answer.

Why would HCS want one of their employees to take time out from doing whatever they pretend to do, when they can get the EOC players to do it for free?

I did just think of another thing that would be nice of the cows to do for new content, UPDATE the new guide, There has been 20+ levels released since the guide came out...and it has been out for a while and none of it was added to the new FS guide
Can you at least show us some attention up here other then planned releases of content made a few months ago?

We do take hoof through the game but he is also subject to some of the stranger ideas we have here, ones that don't make it into the game, some that do. Recently hooftest has been working on new ideas for our game, Events, and special quests, some you will be privy too soon.
As far as im aware, there will be no mods in the game for now. That realy is the realm for the people at the top to decide.
As for the Guide, we update it every update or so, so that new content is only for the eyes of those who are there first time around.
As for the pub
