LvL 800, 900, 1000 Buff Suggestions

Its time to implement some new buffs. Please know that I will probably never get to these buffs so they don't really benefit me at all. I was just hoping to get some minds rolling with ideas. :roll:
How about this:
Instead of making new skills that are activated with stamina use, make 1 skill for every hundred levels (or 50) that gives an increased universal power. Here's what I mean: Say I reach lvl 900 like our friend KaiserSZ did yesterday. At this point, he/she would have the ability to allocate "x" points to ONE specific skill for that level. This ONE skill, which would remain always active, would benefit their character and not necessarily be able to be cast upon another character. You would still have the ability to add skill points to this power to make it increasingly more powerful. I would suggest letting this power run up to 250 points or something of that nature. Here are some examples:
Skill: Feature:
Enhance Magic Buffs on your character can/will excede LvL 175
(non-transferable)
Animal Dominance Lowers every stat for creatures
(non-transferable)
Greater Wisdom All LIB and AL cast on you is level 225
(non-transferable)
Cleave Master % chance to kill multiple creatures
I realize that some of these fundamentally will not work but its just a skeleton of an idea. please post comments.

I like this very much. I have always asked for high-level buffs to be limited to caster only, in order to reward the high-level players but NOT promote transfer of wealth from the masses to them.

Bound skills....definitely the future of uber buffs where buff selling is not an option but it'd make certain aspects of the gameplay easier for those at the top

You're doing just fine.....70 lvls in more than 2 yrs is impressive...keep up the good work,no need to be able to lvl up faster :wink:i would like to be able to lvl faster and also to be attacked a little less considering its very rare that i attack another player :|
