the system works perfect as it is now. i really look forward for any new epic quests in the future that will follow this system. 100 kills for an epic is far too little, no reason to even scale kills required because of level. they are epic and shouldn't be as easily obtained.

Are you missing something here??? This is all about being fair to everyone across the board. How can forcing others to exend massive amounts of stamina and time to acquire something I got in 10 minutes with 500 stam be considered fair?? Don't think of this from the standpoint of the fortunate, put your feet in that other set of shoes and take a look around you

This is the first epic quest, so why not introduce the first bound equipable item :P

Its too late. Numerous changes have already occurred and when the dust has settled there will be some winners and losers. This is how it has always been with HCS games. Many times poor planning creates these divisions. Many things in the game remain broken. Why should this "debacle" be any different. At least they have made the Epic quest NOW actually epic.

True. This is the one time I came out on top. I thought it would feel better, but it doesn't. It must really suck to be on bottom this time though.

The most fatal mistakes was saying that:
- THE ITEM WILL BE BOUND,

yet not only they:
- DID NOT BOUND it, they even
- BUFF THE ITEMS, and
- WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS BETWEEN UPDATES WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

That's it.
The impact is some people lost couple of hundreds potential FSP, while someone else making them and gloating at the forum. This is unacceptable.

Backtrack to the first point of fatal mistake.
Bound the epic back. Cancel the buff.
Rollback is too drastic. I'm afraid it would only cause more problems.

[b]INVENTED EPIC WAS THE BEST EPIC AND IT SHOULD STAY THAT WAY.[b]
Invented epic liven the market, while dropped epic kills them.

Seriously. Everything is fine until the cows decided to change everything without prior notice and went holiday afterward. Please. We are costume.

Very true sir. I was finally bit by the "junk item turned to purple awesome" bug on the last arena update. Sold three items worth about 15000 gold each, logged in after the arena update to find out they were all selling for upwards of 100 FSP. People get screwed over, people get lucky. I've managed to be both, and if you know any of my history in the game, My bad luck far outweighs my good luck

You must work for a news organization...considering you completely cut out the part where I say it would be a bad idea. There, should have fixed it...at least in this quote.

Sorry Stick missed the meaning of your post. No I don't work for a news org but do love the news :)

I don't think you will find many of the good players disagreeing with you here. I must add, good work on the English. I'm led to believe it may not be your first language. It might have something to do with that last sentence. It made me

English is not my mother languange and yes, I suck at it. I didn't copy them all from my notepad and I didn't realize it. Here. This is what I meant to say:

"Seriously. Everything is fine until the cows decided to change everything without prior notice and went holiday afterward. Please. We are costumer. Treat us like one."

Sorry for the confusion.

I don't think she is! I agree with her statement. I also look forward to more Epic quests in the future. They can't make the same mistake again(I hope). And 100 kills is way too few to obtain an Epic piece. You can't rollback the past without an actual rollback and sorry to say that ain't gonna happen as I see it. HCS wouldn't dare lose face. From now on... everyone will need to complete Epic quests they way they were intended. HCS only needs to be more careful how they introduce new aspects without following up on its progress.
