Since in 2 pages no one has given this OP a straight answer, I guess I will. I've been told by support in the past that if I accidentally destroyed a quest item I could provide them with proof I've completed the quest and they will restore the item. I had this problem with one of the Aether runes for the other epic quest. Good luck.

True..Every time when i submitted ticket about lost quest item/reward they returned it to me.

... fix what? You should be begging for HCS to help you in a ticket, not complaining on the forums about a situation which you caused.

I destroed my Enchanted Red Soul Stone and now i cant invent more one again...
and now i cant do the quest "Forging of the Soul Stones (EP)"
HCS fix this.

unreal... yea this important bro... but compared to other topics? How about a post to the reason the Top Rated List has been down for 5 days... Like * we are working it or its fixed* get your priorities straight.
