AND THAT PORT WOULD BE THE BEST TO MAKE SENSE IT SEAMS LIKE IT BE MORE OF A BERSONAL USE THEN USED BY BUFF.
BUT I DO SAY THAT YOU CAN BUFF SOMEONE THERE BUT HAVEING THE POTION MAKE IT MORE AVILABLE TO EVERY1 INSTEAD OF GOING TO A CERTIN LVL OF A PLAYER AND ASKING FOR THE BUFF.
THOUGHS HIGH LVL PLAYERS COULD CHARGE AN ARM AND LEG FOR IT AND MAKE IT NOT WORTH EVEN BUYING..
THATS WHY I THINK IT BE BETTER AS A MAKEABLE POTION

Aimed Hit:
+0.10% per point attack transferred to damage
Interlaced :
+5% bonus to armor for every complete set equipped
Gladiator:
+0.10% chance per point that a percentage of the XP lost from a player you attack will be added to yours. Non-applicable on bounty kills and against inactives.
Veteran Leader:
0.05% per point chance that forming or joining a group will drain no stamina

Ward needs more descriptions and clarifications.

Glory Hunter
Consume gold during combat for an additional xp bonus.
Ward
Stops other players casting buffs on yourself.
Your thoughts please
Ok with Ward couldnt the other player just debuff it manually?

My reasoning: Anything to aid the leveling will be of most interest. All the other skills that try to enhance PvP attacks will hardly be used and only spite players. Many are a waste of stamina.

Let's buff everyone with "Invisibility" and ruin PvP lol. The ones MaximusGr offered are better ones. If HCS team doesnt play the game then how do they know which buffs do we need? They just create new buffs without asking players and then say we vote them. What is the point?
Altus, the cows asked us earlier.. they usually ask our opinion first.

Invisibility will completely unbalance GvG unless special measures are taken.
Shadow Tackle - 0.5% seems way, way too high. At lvl 175 that's ~88% chance to be un-bountyable. This will kill the bounty board and completely mess with PvP balance.
Other than that lots of good ideas - it was hard to pick just 3 - although Teleport was an easy first choice

to cast it on yourself would be ok, but to be able to cast it on others would totally unbalance gvg.

More xp from creatures on higher levels is always nice, it will depend on the rate you will give to this skill.
Ward: Stops other players casting buffs on yourself.
Bad idea. Free skills are always nice, besides, if I get a skill that I don't want I just have to deactivate it, why waste stamina on a skill.
Again I say, I don't see how this new skills bring advantages to a player level 800+
Majority are good for potions not skills for 800 and 900.
Here goes my suggestion: Why not increase the max points players can have on the skills? Right now max is 150 ( achievable when players reach 500 ). Why not push it to 175, with structure max goes to 200.
Then, rearrange/eliminate some of the current potions and create new ones if necessary.

Drawbacks for using buffs like AL/TH/Merc/Lib so either potions that does NOT have these drawbacks can be put into the game or something.
Glory Seaker is a step in the right direction, but one buff that cause some drawbacks wont change much.

yes i do agree that ward would be a very nice potion however. +1 for that

Make DullEdge work in PvP . suggested hundreds of times, 100% logic, adds small dimension to PvP, nobody has objected to this.
