I like that war room idea. A lot.
But there is a scenario ( currently happening in my guild).
we have 1 guild farming RP out of us and have not been able to judge who they hit ( as we are not "pros" at GvG). War Room would display this information = next time they initiate we can buff target ( who is probably wearing crap anyway but still). I think that guild would be rightfully angry at us having war room.
By the looks of this I don't think the structure would save you. More strict recruiting, paying attention to items or those who initiate conflicts may solve a tad bit of that problem.
