are you certain the person isn't just relisting as stuff sells and it ends up just looking that way?

Absolutely positive. If you saw this person's auction list you'd see what I mean, the timing is too exact.

I'll have to keep a closer eye out then, I know mine sometimes look funny when I'm actively relisting as things sell, hence why I asked, thinking perhaps it was a similar case.

Nah, nothing to worry about if you're doing it manually, there wouldn't be an exact pattern.

Not sure if I'll bother reporting cheats again.. waste of time when they don't care enough to even give that person a warning, although a temporary ban followed by a permanent ban for repeat offending would be more appropriate.

I'm not using the FSHelper so I don't know if the following is an option there, but considering providing an advantage I definitely feel that is not really fair. Maybe somebody can clarify if this is okay. I was looking at somebody's auctions, who had posted in the Box and had some two pages of them...and pretty interesting ones too. After checking single items I made a bid on some of them. But suddenly within a second somebody else did a bid on all auctions within a second :( . That definitely seemed suspicious to me.

You can bid on multiple items a little quicker using FS helper, as you can type in how much you want to bid and then click 'Bid no refresh' instead of bid, then continue onto the next item without having to refresh the page.

One of my favorite AH features, by the way! Kudos to the FS Helper team for implementing that one!! It works great!

I just took a look at 20 or so pages of Bookworm and Fury potion auctions and saw nothing out of the ordinary. The only thing I saw was several pages where all of the auctions on that page ended at the same time. This makes sense because the FS Helper's bulk auction feature let's you list 8 at a time and then you must wait until they're all listed and then do it over. Therefore there is always a 6 to 8 second delay from one page of auctions to the next for someone who has multiple pages of auctions for the same item.
