So can somebody explain why an item level 60 has more stat points than an epic level 100? Anybody?

(the OFG has 400 stat points unforged and uncrafted, the Choker has 425).

Why rich? just players of those levels and some other players from the guilds that provide all gear for leveling and pvp from lvl 1 to 700

How many sets do these guilds have? If you want to make a good dent into the titan now you need 3 or 4 hunters. If the hunters cant afford there own sets and are limited to guild sets at or below the titans level then either some have to wear gear either further below the titan or just not go.

Kinda like the idea of making Titan hunting challenging and also expensive for some top guilds

I don't see the challenge here though, expense ya, you would need more gear and BP slots to compete, but if your a hardcore titan hunter that's a small price to pay.

Item level based rule is fair for everything, even for PvP, want PvP points from clearing someone on BB use items within his lvl and below

That would work, but the thing is a lot of players from a guild are not going to be hitting the same person at the same time normally, which is where it differs to titans.

What you would see from this would be smaller guilds gearing up to hit one titan, and specialise at that one, and bigger guilds being able to hit all the titans as usually players in them are able to afford more sets/BP slots. I just don't see how that would be good for titans after so much work recently to get more people involved.

Yep.... And the choker pretty much kills every defense set between level 60 and 150 in arena and outside it......

Titan Defeated!

The 'Deepwater Kraken (Titan)' titan has been defeated!

The guild 'For Fracks Sake' was determined the overall victor as they inflicted over 50% of the required kills in the struggle against the titan. They received the item 'Deepwater Choker'

~ The Fallen Sword Team

And FFS get's the first choker

That sounds about right...

Pretty much has no purpose besides in arena though (and stam/stam gain). But i imagine someone who has it will dominate about 70+ levels of the arena until a few more of them get out there... So maybe it's worth the price tag being asked for it.

Titan hunting was once funded by the sales of the drops, the hunters all receive a portion of the drop sales to refurbish their stamina expended in the hunts. Now thats highly unlikely to happen and if it does, it's a retard that would pay 1000 fsp for an item that will be available at a much lower rate if they waited a few weeks and the tkp purchased epics start flooding the market. So we have hunters who are forced to allow their stamina to build naturally vs buying it. These drops are nice but long ago, in ages past, they were not even in the game and no one had a problem leveling. I am a titan hunter and my advice to anyone contemplating buying an titan drop would be to let the notion pass you by. I hunt them because I enjoy it, everything I get from doing so I freely give to my guild. Don't be a sucker and fund the machine that wrecked the game by buying these things

You should stick to areas of the game you actually know about ;) Ask around how good that item is in the arena while no one else or very few have it.

And you have had more than enough profit from the machine you speak of so if i were you i would not come up with free donations to the guild and other BS :P

Max come on brother, the new drop may be good and whatever else a player might want to do with it, but again, I stress the point that it is absolutely unnecessary for gameplay. And my being funded by the machine. Your correct, I have benefited from the titans, never said I hadn't, and not downing those who do, as thats their hustle. My point was about gameplay and the fact that these items aren't honestly necessary to level. That you seemed a bit miffed by my suggestions that they forego buying that crap and do it in a more cost efficient way speaks volumes. And with regards to sticking to an area of the game in which I knew something about, I am 25% shy of having my gold medal for titan hunting and I run rings around all but a few there. Titan Inc beat you, TEG beat you and believe me, the name Stronghold is going to rapidly become your next nightmare, thats a promise

With respect, Doug, I think you are missing the point that the arena is a large part of the gameplay to many people. It is unnecessary for levelling, but it is a gamebreaker for the arena.

Evil, I totally agree, this item is going to cause nothing but disproportionate havoc in the arena. They never should have made it.

Obtaining an Epic through TKP is by no means cost-efficient, otherwise Titans Inc would not have broken apart ;) And FFS would still hunt all Titans and not the ones we choose to :) I am not going to argue if the new Epic is any good or what advantages it can give, it really speaks of itself. Oh and , trust me, i have no nightmares, just camp fire stories of wannabe champions of the past ;)

Ohhh have you guys even considered the PvP and GvG uses???? lol

Has about the same attack as a one stat 180ish amy when that amy is forged. PLUS a bit of armor. lol

That would mean not joining all epic arenas between levels 60 to.... Oh about 150. That's a big range of arenas you can't win.

Three words for you "One track mind". A lot of these guys can only think of one use for something at a time. Personally I've already planned out arena sets, GvG sets, and leveling sets that take advantage of this new ammy. I have WAY to much time and mental power on my hands......
