my biggest problem with these quests... realistically, how can a LV60 person complete all of these quests? my reasoning:

A: They need more than 3 bkpk spaces to get it done in any good amount of time

B: The drop rate sucks, i personally used like 6k stam to get through to the Kraken

C: How can they afford buying FI potions? they're like 65k-100k and with LV50-100 being PvP Range Ultima...they can't hold THAT much gold w/o inciting a 100-stam hit



That's what I was trying to say in other thread, there is a problem with determining the level of challenge for new things in this game. How to make something challenging and interesting for guilds like FFS and realistic for LV60 at the same time? One way is to add more penalties for being big which is not fair, and other is to base everything (quests, Titan hunting, pvp) on items levels like in the arena. The guild should have items for all levels, not just recruit higher level players and provide gear only starting from some 400+ lvls..



mmmm.... ok. But some focus their levels a bit with good reason. Like those in a GvG guild who have gear that's heavy in one or two areas, but none in another. Won't this affect them negatively, if I'm reading you right?

If they are so focused on something and have all gear for what they like to do in this game, where is the problem? They can survive without doing low level quests or Titan hunting. If it's lvl 60 quest do it as 60 lvl player -> using 60 lvl items

Up-side : More gear being valuable and sought after, more game knowledge required to kill some beasts

Down-side: Elitist game, with those affording the most sets and BP spaces dominating
Level up points and relics still count a lot, and these tend to be the case for top guilds that have some of the richest players as well


Opinion : More of an annoyance for top guilds that will be achieving the same results with bigger effort..nothing diferent for small guys this should be about.

This quest was garbage. Who ever coded it or whatever did a shitty job. All the other plague mist quest are horrible, you guys need a new coding team... one that actually thinks and takes the time to do the stupid crap they implement.


You are pathetic man. The quests are FINE. They are a little challenging, perhaps too much for you?

Very perceptive asterXemil. I couldn't agree more, the quest wasn't designed with level 60 players in mind. I recommended that all players in my guild thinking of doing this quest should wait till at least level 100, due to the reasons you mentioned and more.

Maybe thats why they waited for a week after the first 2 Krakens? It woud give any level 60 player enough time to complete the quests even with their minimal resources

Very similar, yes. However, it targets all resources. I don't want to damage the Plant market with the buff so would want the Reources split into two for preferance. Quest and non-quest.

Quest appears to be working now, (I just managed to start it with BigGrim) can you guys confirm please?

I thought this is one of time which HCS do have good insight of the game...but


-resource finder, if it works for plants...hello 1k shades/jades/blooms

if it does..someone dropped the ball
