the more that is realeased the more lag they can just realease certain ones at certain times
You're missing the point.
It was ONE legendary monster - but hundreds of them concurrently. Imagine a normal hunting map, where you can have 1-10 (or more) monsters of the same type on the 1 square. Then fill the whole map like that, have them almost instant respawn, and have hundreds of people moving around the map killing them....
THAT'S why there's so much lag with a traditional LE.
