Been thinking about reckoning a bit, it's still quite ambiguous while people are getting used to it and what it does and does not work with. Many thoughts are that it is a game breaking buff. Lets give it a little wihle till some people have tested it and can confirm how it works a bit better.
If there needs to be a tweak(i.e. it is overpowered), then reckoning should only work on chance buffs such as wither, shatter armor, spectral knight, spell breaker [heh heh], shock wave etc. It should not work on buffs which are constant[present] in each combat such as EW, EA, Constitution, Sanctuart, Dark Curse, Nightmare Visage, Flinch etc.
imo this would balance it out so it's not a game breaking potential win key, but still giving enough of an edge to still be useful.
If everyone has access to the same buffs, how would it be a win key?
Dude, think about it .... could turn KE 175 into KE350.... or the same for DC. Suicide set-ups are EXTREMELY hard to beat as is, considering current buffs. This could greatly have hug PvP and GvG implications.
To be honest, I don't PvP or GvG much so I don't care. Also, eventually people will find ways around the buffs (a matter of time). Plus, other people will reach EOC thus making the buffs more affordable and even further making this less of a "win" button.

So you don't care about anyone but yourself, good to know.

Well i was stating how i feel about that portion of the game, rolf. Also, i was showing how it wouldn't be a big deal with time. Apparently, some of us know how to read and others don't.
Sorry if I hit a sore spot with a PvP only guild.
Also, how many people do you actually see with the new buffs? how many are advertising in the Shout Box? Not many at all.

It further imbalances the GvG aspect of the game, that is why. "Everyone" having it doesn't help much at all....

Reckoning is very much a buff in need of clarification and, possibly, limitation.

Neither FFS or TWP are "PvP only" guilds

If he thinks FFS is PvP only.........

Never said that, i was referring it to TWP, you both missed that apparently,
I would have to be blind not to see their clear domination of the titans, although props should be given to the A Team for their recent high numbers.
Thought FFS was 421+, how do you weasel in?

TWP isn't a pvp only guild.

If reckoning is functioning on EW1500, FI1000, and DC225, then yes, it needs limitation.
Although at this point this game is so fundamentally broken I don't think we should even waste our breath anymore.

That's because there aren't many players in that range yet. When there are, then you will see many people advertising. Saying that it won't harm the game because not many people have it isn't a good argument in this case. Saying that they will be affordable isn't either.
Btw, I've seen quite a bit of advertising in the fsbox for the new buffs.

*shrug* It's okay. Reckoning appears to be broken anyway. It's the new spellbreaker
We should take bets on how long it takes to fix? My bet is 2025 or so. rofl.

Besides many people, including myself, think they are going to make adjustments. But going on and on about it does nothing to solve the problem.

Haha, well no one is forcing you to play if you don't like it. They just released these new buffs, so no one knows how they are going to play out. You guys are speculating like you know the outcome but you DON'T.

Unlike you and your guildmates, who apparently cannot tell if their shoes are tied without photographic documentation and five witnesses, some of us who play this game can follow basic logic chains and see why things that throw the systems in the game out of balance are a bad thing.
I've seen several situations already where reckoning "activated" on a given buff, and the amount of buff didn't operate as it should have if it were really a DC450, EW3000, etc.
We're not forced to play the game - and you're not forced to post in a thread discussing the technical repercussions of new functionalities, either. Do us all a favor and step away from the keyboard

Actually my girlfriend forces me to play what you guys attempt to pass off as a game. lol.
(I would go into detail, but I've been told I need to keep this place PG-13)

particularly with titan hunting and SE hunting, a LF greater than 175 would be amazing!
Umm reckoning only works in battle and LF only works when not in battle

we? or you? Apparently it only matters how you feel about it too, right?
