Okay the only buff I have a problem with is sacrifice thats a heave price to pay for barely and extra xp. Say at level 100 sacrifice it takes away 25% of your gold and gives you 2 % extra xp...... If unchanged to something with a little less impact on the bank I won't be hunting with it.



It's called sacrifice for a reason....and with pvp Prestige 10% adept learner 200, lib 225 and this buff? you can get a hell of alot more xp;)


it is mainly meant for rich folks with 60k stamina, who don't care about the gold, and who just want to reach EOC faster.

there should be a skill, which increases set bonuses!

Good luck.... maybe in about 5-6 months when we get new buffs

Sacrifice +0.02% per point additional xp and -0.25% per point less gold for defeating creatures in combat.

so with dblr1200 and AL200 this skill will give me additional 40k xp?

ah ok seems bit steep price to give up almost half of your gold per kill for 3.5% extra xp

Or players gaining levels back ;) Below VL gains less gold anyways... so this buff would help get back to the virtual level faster :) and If i want more gold..i just find someone and smack em :) lol

not too shabby. I see 4 pretty useful buffs for leveling -- EF, ES, reckoning, and sacrifice. Sacrifice realllly seems harsh to get the tiny 3.5% more xp, though. Close enough. And pvp buffs :shock: Pretty decent job, cows.

Erosion is insane!

People are going to have to think twice about ever using Crystaline items for PvP now (unless they have UB200 running).

But I love the Buffs overall!! Nice Job!




Erosion will make playing / defending on the BB more fun :twisted:


lol True ... I just glad I leveled out of my BH/GVG/PVP set before this buff set in, I used to use Crystalline exclusively for that.

In comparison to sacrifice, which is presumably a constant buff, Distraction is a 35% chance to give NO gold and an 8.75% chance per combat round to essentially critical.

Hoof, any comment on whether distraction's damage buff can kick without the gold loss also activating? Or if one activates, the other has to?

It's not bad, the XP you gain could just about be bought with stamina from the gold you lost, if you use FSP for stamina that is, it should be a touch higher though.

very cool skills. it was well worth the wait. glad you didn't implement teleport either. seemed a waste of skill points. now i guess i should focus on leveling again...

Demoralize is way too powerful and does way more than counter empower since the most an empower can increase is 17% at lvl 170. will this take into account if enhancements would be over 100 if that werent the cap? the very least it should have been a level 900 buff i think. this just wiped out most of the guild structures that cost millions upon millions of gold, and empower combined with one simple buff.

Dale, that single fix would go a long way towards balancing GvG.


OK so you want to have dull edge that you can use against me PLUS enchant armor, Enchant Shield, Enchant GLOVES now (all great sources of armor by the way) Plus Sanctuary and Enchant Armor.. lol .. At least let me have a chance to pierce my way through it! Or like usual do I not understand something.

Very nice update, of course some skills were going to be bashed, and others praised..

I am shocked you all didnt save yourself a ton of work and go beyond content like you did back when End of content was lvl550 and you added skills to 700..

also, I support making dull edge work in PvP as others are suggesting.

Teleport? is that going to become a potion?

again, nice work on skills..

I don't know if this has been mentioned...but all of these are free floating skills; they require no previous buffs. I would have assumed some of these have prereqs, and it's kind of a shame they're just out there in the open to pick and choose. Would have been a bit more intricate to link them into existing skill trees.
